Applied for and received my very first Library of Congress Control Number

Hired a professional hand letterer for my cover

Bought 10 freaking ISBNs (so Def committed now)

Scheduled a deadline for a copy edits for TWO of my books

Created my own publishing imprint

Oh yeah AND DID SOME WRITING. Self publishing is wild. Going to use Camp Nano to give myself a month to just write my favorite kind of hot mess sloppy draft.
