I have read about seven trillion books to my kiddo, many of them board books and many of those primers (colors, letters, shapes, numbers, etc.). So, when I started on my immersive sci fi character history project, I decided that Geraldine Hart would obviously have her own boardbook!
Enter: Lil Space Explorers: Geraldine Hart and Interstellar Colors Primer.
Using kawaii style art, I made illustrations out of foam and fabric to bring elements from the three fictional planets she travelled to to life. And it’s cute as heck if I do say so myself.
